My stay was very nice. The staff were all wonderful and helpful. I like the dog park provided! The bed was very comfortable. If I had one complaint, it would be the smoke in the casino area.

Had reservations. We showed up at 4pm and NO rooms were ready. They were having staffing issues. It stunk so bad in the lobby we were actually relieved to go some where else. We went on to Hoover Dam Lodge & stayed.

The worst hotel stay of my life. The walls were paper thin, you could hear everything in the hallway and next door and people walking above you. Tried calling the front desk multiple times around 5am to report the noise next door and no one answered.

In one of the restaurants the staff seated us and took a while to come to our table and greet us and ask us our drink items and when a different group came they greeted them first and place their order in before us and I also did not receive housekeeping at all for the 5 days I was there . One of the towels was dirty my water temperature really wouldn’t get hot and one of my light bulbs was burnt out in my room .

Good location, but finding parking when arriving later in the evening was difficult. Signage for where the Hotel entrance and check-in are is nonexistent. We had to ask a worker in the parking lot where we were to check in. But the associate at the check-in desk was very helpful and kind!
