This hotel is quite dated. Things are falling apart. Once I got in to the bathroom, I noticed there are hair left on the little white tray where they placed the body lotion. It was very noticeable and disgusting. The bath towels provided have big holes and the edge of it are all frayed. I thought I was using rags for drying my body. The ceiling of the bathroom are filled with mold. Last but not least, the Wi-Fi was horrible. It kept logging me out. They don’t have a lot of outlets/ usb plugs to charge your electronics devices. I’m surprised the rating for this hotel is quite high. My stay was not so pleasant. I would not recommend this hotel.

The room was ok, but in the hallways the carpet is dirty and very old The breakfast wasn't edible, Eggs not fully scrambled, sausages tooo spicey ,bread dry and everything you had to use was throw away cutlery plates etc. And this in a world where we try to limit rubbish Not a nice coffee machine and not enough seating. Overall to expensive for what you get for it Very Dissap[ointed and will not recommend this hotel

Terrible customer relations! I booked one night. My plans changed and I needed three nights, which they were unable to accommodate so I had to find another hotel. I canceled in advance, but they charged my card on the day of the reservation anyway, despite the fact that they couldn't extend my stay like I needed.

Great staff and loft was perfect for our family of 3. coffee machine & tea available 24 hours. Breakfast area small but we found a spot every morning. Cleaning staff did a very good job. All front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. We recommend the Loft for additional space and natural light.

Room was small but modern. Hotel close to 2 MRT stations. Breakfast was a let down, not enough room for all the guests but beyond this all was good.

Great location but there is NO POOL!
Hotel was nice at 1st glance but room was extremely small. Could not walk around bed when 2 people in room as no space. Bed is against the wall which is all windows. Room is only big enough for 1 person not 2. Does have an amazing bathtub room but no place for luggage. Shower has mold. Beautiful garden arra but it is a waiste of space. Great for a 1 or 2 night stay as in wonderful location close to public transportation. Breakfast is included but not good. We only ate it one of the 4 nights. Staff is amazing and very helpful. They let us store pur luggage as only place in room for it was in the shower kr in the wet closet where oversized amazing tub is. Very close to rail, bus stops and hawkers. There is no pool. What is said to be a pool is an old hot tub and does not even look to have a filter.

the location is perfect but the room we had was so small it was ridiculous you couldn't even sit on the toilet properly in the bathroom it was like being in a phone box. i heard at least 3 ither couples ask for upgrades to a bigger room and all we and them got was fully booked they was not interested at all overall very disappointing
