LGBT Welcoming Hotels in Quintana Roo

This resort was seriously top notch. The buffet was so delicious and same with the other restaurants. I loved the shows they put on every night and overall how beautiful the structures were. I was in aw the whole time we stayed there. Everyone was so kind. The only thing that was on the downside was how much waking you have to do to get around the resort, and that there was no open beach to the ocean just the inlet ( which was beautiful and great ) but it was full of people. 10/10 would go again in a heartbeat.

Food options are great. Many nice pools. Calm and clean beach. Didn’t like that the only swim up bar in pool was for adults only and not entire family. Double beds are very small and uncomfortable. Everything else was great. Lobby coffee shop is excellent. Buffet was always great for breakfast and lunch. Steakhouse and Japanese restaurants were great for dinner. No reservations at restaurants but could be 1 hour wait when they open at 6. First come first serve. I prefer reservations

This is a great property for families! Lots of food options. The kids club was amazing and my children did not want to leave. Always events going on around the pool and unique experiences like drink mixing/tastings and ceviche making for an added bonus. The whole hotel was recently renovated so is very modern. One of my favorite things had to have been wristbands that worked as door keys
