Hotels on the River in Quintana Roo

The beach is huge and very nice! Staff was friendly at any encounter and very useful. The resort is huge and you can walk around all day which is great because you get to burn all your calories from the drinks and food. Food could be better but there is great selection and you can always find something to eat which you would love. Great restaurants for dinner!

Amazing hotel!!!, staff service was great all the time, food was delicious both in buffets and in specialty restaurants, the hotel is perfectly well-kept and spotless, this is by far the best hotel in Cancun at its price range in my opinion.

A variety of wildlife on the resort grounds. We saw something different everyday. Deer, capybara, spider monkeys, coati, parrots, fish and iguana. However, the rooms were a bit rundown. Floor tiles were discolored from frequent mopping. The bathroom mirror silvering was coming off the back. No vent fan in the bathroom so humidity was a problem. Our group enjoyed the variety and accessibility of the buffet food. It was not the best, but good enough and i was always able to find something that satisfied me. The A La Carte restaurants were very good and provided a great alternative to the buffet. Alcohol was plentiful and drinks were quickly delivered and included for the cost of the resort. We also appreciated the transportation around the property with open air shuttles running from designated pick up spots to the lagoon/restaurants/suites/lobby. This is a large resort with many pools and the shuttle was appreciated.
