My family really enjoyed this stay. The rooms are rather large and there is lots of space to move around. The breakfast was great, choices of eggs, bacon, cereals, coffe lattes, and waffles . The rooms where clean and the bathroom was also clean. Fyi: booking 2 rooms its not guaranteed they will be ajoined we ended up across the hall from eachother.

Nice Place But Card Entry Was Difficult
It was a nice place though was very far from where we actually spent our time in Vegas. The room was clean and the staff especially the night staff was very friendly. The only issue we had was our key card stop working at least once a day and I would have to get it recoded. And all I would be told by the staff was that they lose their ability to work if it’s by a cell phone which to that I kept telling them it was never by a cell phone. Wasn’t until the last worker asked about how the lights were blinking and the colors where she was the only one that realized the batteries in the lock were low and needed service. Honestly I feel that should be part of the service at the time the room is being cleaned for the next patron. But it was frustrating to have to go to the front as many times as I did but also have the staff make me feel like I was causing the keys not to work instead of trying to find out why they were not working. All in all it was nice worked for what we needed.

We had a room in the 420's. Apparently they are quite effected by the noisy air conditioning (or something else) on the roof directly over those rooms. It was a thrumming noise that even conducted through the walls and bed, so that you were subjected to it all night! I got no sleep. The lovely staff kindly moved us to the 3rd floor for our subsequent nights. Much better, even though you hear the people above you walking around.

We stayed here for a youth sports event. The breakfast was great for kids. Pool looked nice but we didn’t get a chance to try it. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to help me find a rental car. They also let us use the lobby area for dinner. Parking was good and I felt safe. No fans in the room bathroom was the only thing I didn’t like.
