The property is nice. DO NOT EXPECT TO USE THE AIRPORT SHUTTLE. We booked this hotel as it had a shuttle and was close to the airport (4 miles). We had a quick turn around to fly again the next morning. We called at 11:08 pm for a shuttle after already waiting for 20 minutes in the correct hotel shuttle area. Called again at 11:40pm. At 12:25 am, we ditched the waiting and went to a cab- where we had to wait 30 more minutes. We heard about more shuttle issues at breakfast after our 4 hours of sleep. Hotel is clean and nice, though.

Fair price for what hotel offers. Quick check-in, very bad experience asking for clean towels, had to call 3 times on the 2 day 4 people asking for just for clean towels, reisepsionist put me on hold when l called, said if we want clean towels we have to go and pick them in the lobby, she roll her eyes when we went and pick them, very rude. Never clean sheets or take trash on any time during our stay. Breakfast’s people very kind.

Room was clean, staff were helpful, breakfast was different every day but the beds are probably the best part of my stay. I travel a lot and the beds at Hampton are the most comfortable. They seem to be constructing a new building. I hope they add a pool at the end.

After reading the reviews, I decided on this hotel and it did not disappoint. Hotel room was clean, staff was nice, and pool and gym were clean. A lot of options for breakfast as well. Hotel shuttle was also convenient. I would stay here again. The only thing is that I could hear what sounded like water rushing in the walls of the bathroom at random times. Other than that, I had a wonderful stay.
