I think that if someone has reservations, and you actually have rooms cleaned/available, you should let people check in before 3p.m. It's NOT UNCOMMON to do.

Great quiet hotel
It's a great hotel for the price. (Remember you get what you pay for). A small resort fee, not like any of the bigger hotels that charge an arm and a leg. Their vending machines sell food and drinks for a reasonable price. I love that they have a small on site laundry. The food in their restaurant is good too

Great deals all around
Perfect overnighter of you need to use Vegas at a stop over to somewhere else. Free drinks in the casino while gambling and waiting for a table in the restaurant. Then a great steak dinner for even a better price. Room was dead quiet and comfortable. Front desk has in the morning sure wasn't personable but oh well, maybe she had something else that was in her mind. Overall I'd give this place a 9/10 for stay and experience

Hotel was a good choice. However my room was close to the kitchen exhaust vent and the food smell lingered in my room. Overall good option for a 5 day stay. Staff were always friendly and attentive. Food options if not in the hotel are within walking distance. Thank you Longhorn Staff!!

Staff is a 10. Hotel is a 0.
The Staff is extremely kind and they are what made the stay, a one star. I booked this room because it allowed pets and looked ok. I knew the location and felt safe there so the affordability was a win. Till we walked into the room ……. Idk if this was because we had a pet friendly room or what, but it was gross. The tile did not feel clean so we wore shoes the whole time. The bath tub had a weird felt mat glued to the bottom. Which encouraged me to wear shoes as I showered. The bathroom had dog hair on the walls (we did not travel with a dog). And brace yourself for this one, roach feces on the floor in the bathroom by where the wall with the door and the bathroom wall meet. The comforter was ripped to shreads around the edges as well. The bed would move from getting up and down (tile floor understandably) which would then reveal the amount of filth and hair at head of the bed. The baby roaches we ended up returning to Jesus were found in the bathroom as well. Scurried from under the vanity and were inside the bathtub. I appreciate the affordability of this place and the fact they do allow pets. That is a super win. The staff was also very kind and friendly and when I say that is why I gave them 1 star that is the truth. They provided great service, patience and provided us with things we needed during our stay. They kept this place from being an absolute nightmare. This review is not a reflection on them. The property or the room we stayed in at least, was just icky.
