The Grand Hyatt Kaua’i is one of my favorite places on earth. The hotel and hotel grounds are beautiful, the staff is wonderful, and the Poipu Beach location is spectacular.

Beautiful property and great for kids. The only problem is the cost. They charge you for everything, and I mean everything. For a property of this caliber, I expect to have more included in the $65 daily resort fee. Also, the best restaurant for kids closes at 5:30 pm, so you have to watch the time.

This property is gorgeous!!! The grounds are so pretty. We all had the best time! Rooms were great and the beds were very comfy. I’d say kids loved the pools and the slide was awesome, but truth is we all did. The sand pool was fun too! There’s something for everyone. No one wanted to leave, and we would love to go back! Great hotel.

Lovely property. The staff are excellent, helpful, accommodating. In room dining is very good (excellent for the majority of our meals). The views are stunning. The bathrooms are very nice - could probably use an update one day soon, but not bad. I would definitely come here again - this resort is tough to beat.

Absolutely beautiful property. The landscaping is overwhelming and in excellent condition. The pools are perfect and enormous. The beach is pretty but not for swimming. The hotel location is pretty much ideal, right near the Mahaulepu heritage trail, Poipu beach and Koloa.

Safe doesn’t work Breakfast bad Dinner bad Food was not good at this resort. Very limited dining Tub shower looks aweful Sinks drains slow Screen slider and bathroom door close hard Magic show is costly for what it’s worth. States they will have concession offering popcorn and treats, wine, and that did not happen They did offer small glasses of water
