Pool area is amazing. People are friendly , some are anyways. Although I am not sure why some are not . They are on vacation . If they are not happy , don’t go on vacation . Come on people . Wow

We stayed at the Grand Hyatt in Kauai for our honeymoon and it was the most incredible experience. The hotel was beautiful and everything we could want for our honeymoon. The location was perfect for all of the activities we had planned. The staff was very kind and accommodating.

A magical place!
Everything about this place is magical! the logon e fabulous giant pool, staff are super friendly caring and professional. Food at the restaurant is outstanding.

9.2024. Exceptional. Absolutely best of all the things. Food was outstanding at every place on property. Activities and property were outstanding. Staff in all areas were above awesome. Helpful. It was a nice property with plenty of friendly staff. Food options weren't great and way overpriced, bar closed at 6:00pm (terrible) this place is set up for kids and not couples like the site suggested!! Last time I will ever stay at Hyatt period….
