I liked they had washer and dryer in room, although they were very loud and old. Loved how close it was to beach. They have events for the day in there hotel website , but no event at hotel when I asked. Very bad when you have to ask to replenish toilet paper, towels, coffee filters and get questioned, why you want them. Not worth what you pay for room, everything very old and outdated.

I gave this property 4 stars because of it's location thats at walkable distance to many shops and restaurants. The property itself is very nice. Nice landscaping and the beach is right in its backyard, however we still had to pay for use of their gym where at most places it's included in your stay. Also the room furniture can use a little upgrade. The couch in living room looked old and a little dirty, but other than that the entire unit was very clean when we arrived. We liked the fact that we had a washer and dryer in the unit which was very convenient.

The units are a bit dated, but the amenities and accessibility, comfort and overall ambiance and relaxing vibe of Ka’anapali Shore far outweighed It. Would stay here again.

The property was excellent except few things that needs to be replace or update. The one bedroom oceanviiew was nice but the room needs to be upgraded. The bed was ok but old needs to replace the mattress is already saggy Sofa in the living room needs also to replace very old already and also carpet needs to upgrade. Overall we liked our stay.

The property was clean and across the street from a strip mall with places to eat and a grocery story. The decor was very outdated, the property it self needs some tic. The room did not have USB charging ports, only one on an alarm clock.

Always love the resort but would like more maid service as in years before. Such as make beds and vacuum and dump trash. Same use of towels and sheets was okay. Thanks
