Loved this hotel and think of it often! Was a very large compound so felt very resort-ish. The pool options were great and the gym was awesome! I'd recommend making dinner resos as soon as you can, we didn't and never got to try the sushi restaurant on site (and it was so cute - really wanted to!) A beautiful stay

We spend a week at the hotel and we had a good time. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Amenities were fine too. They are renovating a little bit but that didn’t interfere with our stay at all. Whaler’s village is at a walkable distance there you will find more dining places and fun shopping.

My husband, daughter and I stayed for one week, this was our first family vacation so we were looking for an amazing experience. The staff was very helpful and nice when we had questions or just passing by. The facilities were clean and inviting. We requested a full turndown service on day four, it was completed within the hour. Our room was very clean and the views were spectacular! The pool was very clean, plenty of shade throughout the deck area and close beach access. The food was delicious at all the restaurants within the grounds. The staff waiting the pool area were so nice and quick with orders and attending every 30 minutes to ensure we were happy. The customer service is phenomenal! The Hyatt is outstanding and our go to for the future!

The resort is beautiful and well maintained. I wish the beach was deeper and swimmable. I had to walk a bit to find a good place to dive in the ocean.

OUR ROOM WAS BEAUTIFUL WE HAD A FULL FRONT OCEAN VIEW BUT THE POOL WAS WITHOUT ANY RAILING OR STEPS TO GET INTO..NEVER SAW IT CLEANED THE HOT TUB WAS GREAT BUT THE POOL NEXT TO IT WAS DIRTY WITH LEAVES AND FLOATING MATTER IN IT..IT DID HAVE RAILINGS TO GET INTO IT..BUFFET WAS SAME EVERY DAY AND I PAID AHEAD TO HAVE IT WITH MY RESERVATION BUT WAS HANDED AN 80.00 BILL AFTER THE TWO OF US HAD EATEN AND I WAS SHOCKED BY THIS THE WAITER GOT ANGRY AND TOLD ME TO PUT MY ROOM NUMBER ON IT AND SIGN IT I FOUND OUT LATER THIS WAS STANDARD PRACTICE TO HAVE THE TIP AMOUNT ADDED TO MY DAILY FEES THE WAITER REFUSED TO COME AROUND THE NEXT DAY AND I HAD TO FIND HIM TO GET CREAM FOR MY COFFEE POOR SERVICE NOT HAPPY WITH THE BUFFET AT ALL VALET PARKING IS AN EXTRA 45 DOLLARS A DAY AND WE DID SELF PARKING BUT IT WAS A 25.00 FEE PER DAY AND A 20 MINUTE HIKE DOWN A HILL THE ELEVATORS WERE GOOD AND RAN GREAT I THINK HOT DOGS AND SNACKS NEAR THE POOL FOR THE KIDS WOULD BE GOOD BUT DIDN'T SEE THAT THE TIME SHARE BOOTH WAS A JOKE..I WAS TOLD TO GO THERE FOR MY BOX OF CHOCOLATE SO I WENT AND THE MAN WAS RUDE AND DEMANDED TO SEE MY CHECK IN SLIP WITH MY ROOM NUMBER ON IT HE KEPT SAYING YOU HAVE IT OR NOT..I GAVE IT TO HIM AND HE SLAMMED THE BOX OF CHOCOLATE ON THE TABLE AND THEN TRIED TO BOOK ME FOR A TOUR I SAID NO THANK YOU AND WALKED AWAY HE WORE A YELLOW SHIRT BEWARE OF THIS BOOTH THE CHECK IN WAS GOOD EXCEPT THE FIRST ROOM WAS HORRIBLE IT HAD A SQUEALING PIPES AND TOILET
