The staff is kind the building was clean the room was clean the pool area was clean the parking garage was clean there are tons of stores and restaurants minutes or seconds from the hotel walking distance the city bus stops directly in front of the hotel the room was lovely it had a decent view in the room with a large tv and an office desk and a kind size bed the dining room/kitchen had a sink microwave full fridge and stove and just next to then a stackable washer and dryer and then the bathroom which had a shower and jacuzzi tub room service came every 3rd day they were thorough would restock toiletries laundry soap make the beds and change the sheets and vaccum they make sure to do their best to leave your belongings untouched the pool is a nice quiet spot to escape as it is on the 11th floor and there is a hot tub next to it you get lots of sun and it’s the perfect spot to be refreshed and away from the business outside of the hotel the parking can be expensive in Hawaii and as far as most hotel rates theirs was fair as most hotels were double the cost for parking if you have a rental there are homeless outside the hotel but they have decent security in the area so you feel safe you’ll find homeless everywhere you go it is not the hotels fault and you shouldn’t be surprised if you see them we just finished a 15 day stay in this hotel and read ALOT of mixed reviews so hoped this will help set some things straight for some people interested in staying here would Stay again

Fun final stay in Honolulu!
We were pleasantly surprised by this wonderful room! Loved the view.... Also found it very nice with everything we needed to enjoy our final evening in town. I would say the carpet is due for replacing, and perhaps more comfortable couch and bed, but we really appreciated the washer/dryer, and that you gave us the detergent/dryer sheets. STAFF IS ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT, AND GAVE US A GREAT RECOMMENDATION FOR DINNER WE WALKED TO.
