The woman at the front desk wasn't nice at all. She dis not explain things well and was very condescending when I asked about the charges. They also require a $150 hold for incidentals, which is ridiculous for a Holiday Inn express. This information, along with having to pay $15 to park at the hotel on top off overpaying for the nost basic room in the first place. (King bed, small bathroom with only shower. A tiny couch thing and a tv - mini fridge was broken, and outlets did not work)
I dont recommend staying here. There are plenty of ither hotels closer to the airport, which are cheaper and dont have $150 incidental charge orna fee to park on their property, which has barely any parking. We had to wedge ourselves in to a "bike only" spot at the back, next to a fence where there was barely and room to get in and out of the car or get our luggage in and out. There were a ton of people complaining about this fact, trying to park at the same time we were.
